OPPO Find N6 Set to Launch Globally with Surprise Stylus Support
The OPPO Find N5 was a real head-turner back in 2025, especially for those of us who are into foldable phones. However, getting your hands on one in the US was like searching for a needle in a haystack. It looks like OPPO's changing things up with the Find N6, though.
OPPO themselves dropped the news on Weibo, confirming that the Find N6 is hitting the scene on March 17. What's even better is that all signs point to this foldable making its way to the global stage. I remember getting a sneak peek at the Find N6 at MWC 2026, and I must say, it left quite an impression. We're talking about an 8.12-inch foldable screen that's practically crease-free, a 200MP main camera co-engineered with Hasselblad, and the super-speedy Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. And let's not forget the beefy 6,000mAh battery with both 80W wired and 50W wireless charging – pretty impressive stuff!
A New Challenger Appears: The AI Pen
As if that wasn't enough, OPPO has thrown another curveball. Along with the launch announcement, there's a product video showcasing compatibility with the AI Pen, a stylus designed specifically for the foldable's inner screen. So, while Samsung seems to be moving away from S Pen support for their Galaxy Z Fold 7, OPPO is diving right in. There's a catch, though. The fine print suggests that the AI Pen will be sold separately. It reminds me of when Apple started selling their chargers separately – a bit of a bummer, but if the pen enhances the experience, it might be worth it.
While the Find N6 boasts three color options, it sounds like international buyers might only see two: Blossom Orange and Stellar Titanium. The Deep Black version appears to be a limited edition. Speaking of availability, there's no word on pricing just yet, but I'm expecting to hear more at the launch event.
The Find N6 isn't coming solo, either. The Watch X3 is also set to debut on the same day. This wearable sports a metal body, a prominent digital crown, and color options similar to the Find N6 – orange, titanium, and black. I'm curious to see how it stacks up against the competition, especially in terms of battery life and fitness tracking features. Overall, March 17 is shaping up to be a pretty exciting day for mobile tech enthusiasts.
