OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 set to launch soon: colors and specs revealed

I've been following OnePlus for a while now, and it seems they're gearing up to launch their next flagship, the OnePlus 15, later this month. It's exciting news for those of us who appreciate what the brand has been doing. It's also not alone, since the OnePlus Ace 6 will also be presented.

From what I understand, the initial launch is slated for China on October 27th. Historically, OnePlus follows a pattern where they release their flagship devices in China first, before rolling them out to the rest of the world weeks or months later. The global launch date hasn't been officially announced yet, but rumors suggest we might see it around November 13th. If the rumors are true, it's just a matter of weeks to get the device globally.

OnePlus has given us a sneak peek at the color options for the OnePlus 15. It'll come in Sand Dune, Absolute Black, and Mist Purple. It will be interesting to see if the international launch maintains the same names.

The OnePlus 15 is expected to pack a punch with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a super smooth 165Hz screen. While I don't have all the specs, there's talk of a 3.7x telephoto camera and a large 7,800mAh battery in some markets.

The OnePlus Ace 6

The OnePlus Ace 6 is also coming in Quick Silver, Flash White, and Competition Black colors. The specs are still under wraps. Given its position below the flagship series, it's likely to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which is good for people that want good performance for a lower price. It wouldn't be surprising if it gets rebranded as the OnePlus 15R for international markets, but we'll have to wait for the official announcement to know for sure.

If I had to make a comparison, I'd say the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 designs remind me a lot of the OnePlus 13s.
